Today is National Roller Coaster Day. This is a pic of the first coaster I ever rode. This was the Corkscrew at Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, California. It was the first upside down steel inverted coaster built in 1975. I rode this coaster just a few months after it opened with my brother Steve. I believe we rode this about 12 times that day. I have been hooked on coasters ever since.
