Christmas Vacation (Day 2)

We left early Saturday morning from OKC and headed to Burleson to see Brian, Allison, Amelia and Buttons the Dog.  We spent a fun afternoon with them, then headed to Love Field in Dallas for our evening flight to Las Vegas.  Craig was waiting for us at the airport.  We met Charles the Dog for the first time as well.

Christmas Vacation (Day 1)

We left Friday night and headed to Oklahoma City for the night.  We had to first stop in Tulsa for our annual Five Guys Christmas fix, then to Merritt's Bakery for Christmas cookies.

National Roller Coaster Day

Today is National Roller Coaster Day.  This is a pic of the first coaster I ever rode.  This was the Corkscrew at Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, California.  It was the first upside down steel inverted coaster built in 1975.  I rode this coaster just a few months after it opened with my brother Steve.  I believe we rode this about 12 times that day.  I have been hooked on coasters ever since.
